SISB Project Methodology
SISB utilises a proven methodology for the implementation of all
Navision solutions into our client base.
This methodology can be tailored to
suit the exact requirements of each client, and is documented and
agreed at the start of the project. This approach ensures all areas
of the implementation process are discussed, addressed and realistic
expectations are set.
An implementation framework reflecting
respective SISB and customer's roles and responsibilities would
then be agreed in formal manner through a thorough understanding
of the project scope, objectives, activities and resource required.
This structured and proven approach
will allow the customer to control the process and understand the
direction of the project and requirements of all the parties at
the earliest opportunity.
SISB's approach to software implementation
will enable the client to achieve the most efficient, effective
and economic utilisation of their resources. This will be achieved
in the minimum time possible and at low cost to the customer.
